Changes about “Ok, Cool” Covers!

Previously Ok, Cool was about a series of covers that were unrelated and just out of fun, but we (as a group) decided that since it’s summer and these covers so far on the list have all been running on a certain kind of theme that we’ve all either wanted to have, or have experienced.

Ok, Cool will still be titled Ok, Cool, but the covers have all been molded into a story. Rather than just a bunch of unrelated fun and occasionally sad and emotional tunes, we’ve decided to use “summer love” as a theme.

Ok, Cool will focus on a fictional romance between two unspecified people. It will go through all the phases of a summer fling, and eventually come to an end (or will it?). The songs will come in a chronological order from meeting that person, hanging out with that person and eventually falling in love, or like, with that person and other things that follow.

We hope you’re able to join us in this trip!

TL;DR: Ok, Cool will no longer be an unrelated series of covers, instead it will be that soundtrack to a summer romance type kind of thing, since it seemed like that’s where the songs were going!

So this summer I’m starting “Ok, Cool” the summer cover series which will be posted on my personal blog. No worries you if don’t follow my personal blog; It’ll all be reblogged onto notkanyewest. Keep an eye out for them if you can, I mean I’ll probably reblog them on and off on here and my personal, as will Josh, Allisson and Aly, when they can!

I’m incredibly happy to say that we’re actually done filming “The Serious Cult” and we’re on our way to cutting and editing the film. We thought we’d share the crap draft of the credits, since you’ve seen the beginning of the film. It introduces a good amount of my actors plus a couple of extras (yeah I have two pairs of twins in this movie!) and even myself! I’m looking forward to getting the entire film done and sharing it with y’all when I can. WOO!
